IN- STORE HOLDS

WHITE IRIS displays dresses in high demand. Due to the demands of business and seasonality, WI are unable to hold any merchandise of any kind for any period of time, unless money is put down to hold the dress. The deposit put down is non-refundable and will be used as an in-store credit.

IN-STORE SPECIAL ORDERS

WHITE IRIS works directly with Top Designers within the industry. As a Service WI can provide for our customers, WI have the ability to place Special Orders. Half down of the total will be required at the time the special order is placed. The special order will arrive at our location for inspection and must be picked by the customer within 7 days of arrival. All Special Order Sales are Final.

IN-STORE LAYAWAY

WHITE IRIS provides a layaway program for Homecoming, Prom, Turnabout, Winter Formal, and all Special Occasion dresses. All dresses will be stored in a free garment bag. There is a $100 layaway fee that is required to place a dress into layaway. White Iris will charge No Interest for 90 days. Any layaway that surpasses 90 days must have ownership approval or can result in termination of layaway order.
